Seminar speakers
Annabel Mace is a member of the Business Immigration team at Hammonds LLP and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. She specialises in all aspects of business immigration both at individual and corporate multi-national level in a variety of sectors including media, marketing & communications, finance, retail and architecture. Annabel is also an employment lawyer enabling her to advise on the often problematic overlap between employment and immigration issues, particularly in relation to illegal working, dismissals and the drafting of immigration related provisions in contracts and employee handbooks. Annabel speaks regularly at training seminars on Immigration and Employment law related issues and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association. Annabel also has significant experience in advising clients on the immigration aspects of relocating staff to a number of non-UK jurisdictions.
Rose Carey is a Solicitor in the Immigration Team at Hammonds LLP and has extensive experience in all aspects of immigration. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has been practising immigration law for over 6 years. Rose acts for a wide range of blue chip and multi-national clients as well as high net worth individuals dealing with corporate and personal immigration matters. Rose has extensive experience in dealing with appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. Rose often deals with complex immigration matters for clients and has assisted clients with audits of migrant worker files and HR systems in preparation for the sponsorship system. Rose also regularly advises clients in relation to their illegal working checks for migrant employees.
