We have successfully managed training programmes for organisations across many industry sectors. Our long standing managed training contracts with clients include business compliance and information experts Croner Training and RTPI Conferences.
Kaplan Hawksmere have been running very successful events and conferences on behalf of the Royal Town Planning Institute for the past 10 years, including the Annual Planning Convention which attracts over 700 attendees. In addition, 2009 saw Kaplan Hawksmere successfully taking over the management of the Royal Town Planning’s online e-learning portal – PlanningMatters, an extension to our current offering, where we built and produced a new website to host 200 individual planning modules. This has allowed us to offer a more blended training solution to our customers.
Croner Publications are leaders in providing advice in areas of employment law, health and safety, schools management, import/export, tax and payroll and others. Kaplan Hawksmere have managed over 200 training events in these sectors on their behalf for over ten years.
We provide the following services to these clients, all of which are available through our outsourcing solution:
- Attend, set up and organise project meetings
- Venue visits, booking venues, and negotiating the hire costs
- Organise delegate packs, including bags, manuals, handbooks, questionnaires
- Produce a marketing strategy to fit the event including the design of any publicity material, micro-sites, online banners and e-mail marketing
- Process each delegate booking and send out joining instructions, invoices, chase payments
- Manage all customer enquiries and information requests
- Follow up correspondence including summaries of delegate questionnaires
- Provide a detailed post event report
- Event sponsorship/affinity deals
