Personal skills

A recent survey of RTPI members tells us that personal skills training is the number one need of RTPI members outside planning specific events. That's why RTPI Conferences has developed a new portfolio of personal skills training for 2006 specifically designed for everyone within the planning and built environment field.

All organisations today need to be fast, flexible and focused. If you are going to contribute to the success of your organisation, you need to develop your personal range of management skills so that you are always performing to the highest professional standards. With this requirement in mind, RTPI Conferences has created a portfolio dynamic and highly practical courses for the planning/built professional.

Whether you are looking for an introduction to a new skill or simply brushing up on an existing one, you will find the courses in this brochure a stimulating and rewarding experience. All RTPI Conferences speakers are acknowledged speakers in their particular fields, with extensive experience of delivering top-level training to people from diverse industry backgrounds.

These comprehensive courses use a combination of lectures, study groups, visual aids, question and answer sessions to give you a substantial body of information.
